Welcome to Mindfulness Movement classes! This is your time and place to feel good, relaxed and energized, make friends and open your natural healing energy. Oh, and did I say, enjoy exercise, meditation and getting healthier?
Based on ancient Asian energy meridian and chakra practices, you will gently stretch, tap your body, move and vibrate, to open and unblock energy in tight muscles, joints and organs. You will learn to feel and love your 3 bodies, physical, energy and spiritual, or also called consciousness. You’ll improve your ability to focus, breathe and use tools for daily self care.
Classes are open to all adults, regardless of physical condition and are adapted, as needed, to folks needing to use a chair for part or all of the time. Each participant provides their own yoga mat or floor covering.
Mimi began her training in Energy Psychology in 1999 and in the Body N Brain Korean Energy Practice in 2002, teaching classes since 2005. She’s completed many advanced trainings including Dahn Energy Healer (2003), Dahn Master (2017) and Tao Guide (2021).`
Jess began her training in Body and Brain in 2016. After taking some time off she rejoined in March 2022 and has taken off since then. She completed Brain Management Training in the past year and has started teaching basic beginner classes.
Julie began her training in Body and Brain early 2022. She took Brain Management Training within the last year and she has started teaching basic beginner classes.
